T: Tart cranberry and Creamy wheat. Some little lactic sour
It finishes sweet and clean.

O: This was an extremely flavorful and easy drinking beer .
Pipeworks is dialing this this style in and I’m freaking excited to see what is next!

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks! pours dirty cloudy pale pink without a head. light red fruit plain acidity upfront with a cheese load - not very enticing. some wheat and decent lactic profile, shy if not bland fruits although acidity is clearly perceptible, some herbal and grassy notes. average to soft carbonation, light body, short herbal and lightly acidic finish. quenching it is but not very complex.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 mathieuc (322) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 2, 2013
Bittle shared by Tommy, thanks a lot! Not much notes to be taken here: ugly looking with a cloudy (dirty) pink body, bracing sour without anything else to balance it out, not complex at all. I did not enjoy, sorry.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 tom10101 (1165) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 1, 2013
Bottle (750 ml). Courtesy of pantanap. Hazy watermelon color with a low white/pinkish head and little to no lacing. Aroma is bland with cranberries, lemony notes and light herbal presence. Taste is bland too with cranberries, lemon and light herbal notes. Light body. Watery. Medium carbonation. At least, it’s drinkable. It was my first Piperworks beer, maybe my expectations were too high...
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 madvike (2128) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 2, 2013
Bottle (Batch 58) - Pours clear pink-orangish with a thin pinkish white head. Nose is plasticy, light cinnamon, and a faint cranberry tartness. The taste is better. Lemony tartness throughout is lightly puckering, with a slightly plasticy mineral base. Cranberry and a touch of spicing on the finish, which ends tart and quenching. Faintly watery on the long finish. Really carbonated and fluffy. Decent, but the aroma is pretty off-putting.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 50belair (1382) - Florida, USA - APR 9, 2013
Bottle shared by Hopscotch. Light pink pour with a white head. Funk and ass aromas. Watery with artificial raspberry and wet hay notes. No body or substance here.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 radarsock (503) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 7, 2013
First bottle generously shared with Shawn at his Somerville flat. Many thanks! To bulbous Hill Farmstead tulip wine glass it pours a Gatorade pink with which a white trim ring rested upon. Aromas of funk, peach syrup, chalk dust, limeade, and cranberry sauce. Tastes slightly tart and sour-sweet with notes of liquified wheat grass, fresh strawberries, lemons, lactic acid, candle wax, and candied yams. Vague holiday spices at swallow. Lemony and crisp. Good Berliner, for sure.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2013 Nice bottle of beer from kan. Nice enough dude. Aroma of yogurt. Lactic acid. Lemon. Cranberry acidity. Maybe 7.5 or so in the sourness scale.

draft at Zwanze day, pours a pleasant red with white head. aroma is lactic, cheesy, some bile, faint cranberry character. flavor is better, a nice lactic fruit character that comes off much cleaner and refreshing than the nose.

750 ml bottle. Sour, highly carbonated. Tasted like Alka-Seltzer. Not good. First beer I've ever poured out.
