3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Batch 299 302. Interesting. Brown and clear with a good nose but not sure how to describe it. Carmel maybe. Thick body and sweet flavor with vanilla and molasses and a hint of coffee. Unique... truly.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bomber shared by someone. Amber orange body. Big vanilla coffee notes. Waffles with maple syrup. Excellent sweet dessert beer. Body is drinkable and easy for the ABV. Really good.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
650 ml bottle courtesy of Josh. Thanks. Pours a hazy amber color with a foamy off-white head that has good retention. The aroma is big and bold with cocoa, vanilla and coffee. The taste is not quite as bold as the nose, I get coffee, vanilla and mocha--but they are a bit subdued and watered down. The palate is just a bit thinner than I prefer and the carbonation is soft. Finishes short and sweet. Overall: .Very tasty stuff, strengths outweigh flaws.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle thanks to Neemo. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lacto, vanilla, and roast. Medium mouthfeel with nice roast, vanilla, light sweet finish. Good.

Don’t remember much about this beer other than my numeric rating. Best thing about it might be the name and label. Bottle - Received in Trade

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Crushed a 22oz bottle.
Aroma is interesting. A decent amount of vanilla and milk, but the coffee and cacao nibs are secondary. Some caramel and toasted bread malt notes. Honestly, not what I was expecting in the aroma with the roast being fairly minimal. Some white chocolate notes and faint alcohol spice.
Pours a cloudy, amber-copper with a thin white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges. Light lacing and medium light legs.
Flavor is moderately sweet with some light chocolate and coffee notes. Medium light vanilla with quite a bit of lactose. Fairly strong notes of caramel, toffee, toasted bread and honey. Light fruit esters with medium bitterness and some alcohol spice in the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth.
Overall, this definitely was not what I was expecting. The coffee and cacao are hiding ehich makes this taste more like a milk tripel with vanilla. Quite a bit of residual sugar, but with a Belgian yeast character to it. Weird man.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Shared bomber poured to snifters, displaying a clear, copper color, with a light, quickly diminishing layer of off white head foam, and clingy spots & streaks of lacing. The aroma was notably roasted, with espresso, some vanilla bean, and cocoa on the back. Syrupy sweet, with a medium body, soft carbonation, hidden alcohol, and texture that was more on the slick side rather than creamy. Otherwise, an interesting, and fairly tasty, novelty brew.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A: Nice mahogany dark red color with some head that fades somewhat quickly, nice looking white stout.
S: Nice sweet coffee aroma with some faint vanilla and cocoa. Definitely can tell its a milk stout.
T: Sweet upfront, something I expected. Really nice milky sweetness. Get some of the coffee and alcohol upfront then some of the vanilla.
M: Creamy and medium bodied, easy to drink.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz bottle. This is a fun beer, which is a rarity in these days of trying to go to extremes. Not a beer that I would stack my fridge full of but would be great to have at a bottle share as a conversation starter. This reminds me of an iced vanilla latte - sweet with a cloying quality to it. This is the only white stout I have had and at first the appearance does take you aback. If you like milk stouts then this is a must try - if only for the curiosity level.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Murky dark golden pour with a small off white head. Why is this still categorized as a stout? Aroma was sweet sugary malts and lots of vanilla. Flavors were just the same, vanilla with sweet sugar for days and just a touch of cocoa. Viscous mouthfeel with light carbonation. This was a fun and enjoyable beer for sure but it’s not a stout by any means. Still wondering why PW labeled it as so.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared with EricTeusink. One of the strangest "stouts" I have ever had. Poured mostly flat, brown/mahogany. That is a different stout color. Smell is sweet with a off note of wet cardboard, cocoa and vanilla. Taste was much improved over smell and taste. Perhaps the pulled off the white russian thing. Cocoa, vanilla bean, touch lactos. Lastly impression was just an odd brew.
