COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Stout brewed with Lactose Sugar with Cacao, Coffee, and Vanilla added. Way out west thereís this beer . . . beer I wanna tell yaí about. Beer by the name Hey, Careful Man, Thereís a Beverage Here. Beer inspired by a certain Dudeís favorite potable. This Imperial White Milk Stout is brewed with vanilla beans, an abideable amount of cacao nibs and cold-pressed coffee that really tied the beer together, did it not? It is the perfect oat soda for those days when youíre out of your element and all you can do is say, "F it, Dude, letís go bowling."

Batch 299 302. Interesting. Brown and clear with a good nose but not sure how to describe it. Carmel maybe. Thick body and sweet flavor with vanilla and molasses and a hint of coffee. Unique... truly.

Bottle. Poured clear dark amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly minimal with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted malt and coffee aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy toasted malt sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where exceeded.

Bottle. Pours a golden orange/tangerine color. Aroma is sweet; lactose and vanilla most prominent, coffee, cocoa, some citrus/orange, some alcohol. Taste is of vanilla, lactose, coffee liquor, cocoa, but nothing really ties it all together. Really needs the beer equivalent of The Dudeís rug. Heavy sweetness. Cocoa and alcohol heat linger (which is nice, given the target taste), but misses on the mouthfeel (no doubt partly because of the carbonation) and it is just overly sweet. A bit sticky, rather than smooth and creamy. Without question, Iíd rather have a well-made white russian. You should, too.

Meh. Average beer at best. Very milky and malty and kind of sweet. Pours yellowish in color with a thick white head. Has a malty milky aftertaste. Not that good. Had out of a bomber at home ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Pours hazy rosy amber with a bubbly white head. Nose is school milk carton, stale coffee, and creamed corn. Taste nails White Russian more--lots of cream, a little coffee liqueur, and a sweet honey finish thatís a bit vegetal. Thin, and well-carbonated.

Bottle... Pours murky and caramel-colored with a small, brief, off-white head. Smells like a cream soda with undercurrents of methanol and cocoa butter. Medium to full-bodied with busy carbonation. The flavor is all about sugary vanilla and toffee. Finishes bittersweet with a light cardboard component. This just didnít work at all, but itís certainly not offensive. Bottle courtesy of BBB63!

22oz bomber shared by someone. Amber orange body. Big vanilla coffee notes. Waffles with maple syrup. Excellent sweet dessert beer. Body is drinkable and easy for the ABV. Really good.

650 ml bottle courtesy of Josh. Thanks. Pours a hazy amber color with a foamy off-white head that has good retention. The aroma is big and bold with cocoa, vanilla and coffee. The taste is not quite as bold as the nose, I get coffee, vanilla and mocha--but they are a bit subdued and watered down. The palate is just a bit thinner than I prefer and the carbonation is soft. Finishes short and sweet. Overall: .Very tasty stuff, strengths outweigh flaws.

Bottle thanks to Neemo. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lacto, vanilla, and roast. Medium mouthfeel with nice roast, vanilla, light sweet finish. Good.

Crushed a 22oz bottle. Aroma is interesting. A decent amount of vanilla and milk, but the coffee and cacao nibs are secondary. Some caramel and toasted bread malt notes. Honestly, not what I was expecting in the aroma with the roast being fairly minimal. Some white chocolate notes and faint alcohol spice. Pours a cloudy, amber-copper with a thin white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges. Light lacing and medium light legs. Flavor is moderately sweet with some light chocolate and coffee notes. Medium light vanilla with quite a bit of lactose. Fairly strong notes of caramel, toffee, toasted bread and honey. Light fruit esters with medium bitterness and some alcohol spice in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, this definitely was not what I was expecting. The coffee and cacao are hiding ehich makes this taste more like a milk tripel with vanilla. Quite a bit of residual sugar, but with a Belgian yeast character to it. Weird man.
