650ml bottle from Beer Bazaar shared across the group on Christmas Eve. Milk stout for certain - thick and lactose-y. Caramel. Cocoa. Some vanilla, but the cottage cheesy lactose became cloying. 13.5

Aroma is slight vanilla, chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, a touch of booze which is weird, lactose. Appearance is dark brown, light brown head, poured thin. Taste is lactose, a nice mix of vanilla and chocolate, followed by coffee and roasted malt. Mouthfeel is slightly thin, medium body but soft carbonation, lingering aftertaste. Overall, it’s pretty good.

Bottle Purchased at Binny’s in Downers Grove, IL Pours pitch black with a very small fizzy tan head around the rim of the glass. Nose of coffee, vanilla, roast, char, sweet baking chocolate. very nice. Flavors exhibit most of the roast char and baking chocolate. Some lite coffee long after the finish, but its not that pronounced. The vanilla beans are MIA if you ask me. Long coca, vanilla, and slightly roasty finish. very nice!

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, dark black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of big coffee, dark fruit, and espresso bean into a bit of caramel, toffee notes and slight smoky tones. Taste was a mix of coffee, dark fruit, dark chocolate, hints of caramel, finishing fairly sweet, slightly roasted.

dense beige head leaves lacing. coffee coloured. aroma is lots of coffee like cold brew, roasted malts. taste is coffee, vanilla, milkchocolate, caramel with a sweet aftertaste. rather dense body, soft carbonation. nice and very coffee forward, but the sweetness gets a bit tiresome to drink after a while.bottle 65cl / #458

Bomber. Darkest brown in color with a tan head. Big coffee chocolate aroma. Hyper it’s right. Huge coffee flavor as well, not a whole lot more than that. Fairly thin body with average carbonation. Pretty good.

Bomber from Mikkeller webshop, Batch #80. Pours a dark brown/black with a tan head. Aroma of cacao, milk chocolate, roasted malts, vanilla and coffee. Taste is milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla, lactose, sweet cacao, roasted malts, dark bready notes with a nice roasted dry, vanilla, cacao, espresso finish. Mouthfeel is full bodied and creamy. The roasted and bitter notes balances up the stout so it doesn’t get too sweet, nice one.

65 cl bottle @ home. Pours black with quite a bit of sediment and a tan head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are coffee, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, and roasted malt - with a slightly dry finish.
