Imperial stout brewed with chocolate and Dark Matter coffee.

"I don’t think these aliens are that bad. What’s that you ask? That they don’t like you? That they don’t like me wither? WRONG! I mean maybe we’ve all just been brainwashed by Hollywood alien invasion movies. Has anyone even tried to talk to the? Here, I’ll go bring them a Pipeworks Mocha Imperial Stout with coffee and rich chocolate. This beer is amazing. No disintegrations." - Jeff’s last words before being encased in chocnite.

Dark brown color, brown head. Dry, roasty, lightly bitter, some green pepper notes sneaking in. Ok. But not amazing.

Poured from bomber into teku glass. Decent aroma of coffee and malt without much vanilla or chocolate. Flavor follows a bit. The vanilla was there at times but for the most part didn't play a role. Coffee was the strongest, but even then, I thought it was a bit muted. Really, this beer was much more subtle than I expected. None of the additions stand out, which can be a good thing. Very smooth and easy drinking.

Incredible imperial stout. Strong coffee and chocolate flavor at the start with a nice bitter coffee flavor finish. Smells like black coffee. Pours blackberry a tan head. Had a bomber pour at home. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber pours a pitch black with small mocha head that lingers and leaves good lacing. Aroma has plenty of chocolate, some licorice, some coffee. Taste is slightly sweet with a bitter, boozy finish. Body is full with slight carbonation and a satisfyingly oily mouthfeel. This one is substantial, and can make you ask what happened.

Bottle. Pour is black with a very small dark tan head that fades quickly. Aroma and flavor of ground coffee, dairy cream, brown sugar, dark roasted malt, and slight caramel. Finish is overpowered by the dark roasted malt.

Pours black with a thin mocha head. Light lacing present. There’s a dark chocolate, mocha, and roasted malt aroma. Medium body that was creamy on the palate. Flavor’s of mocha, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, caramel, and malts. Good brew!

22 oz bomber, batch 567-570 (fresh). Black, minimal head. Smells like a mocha frap from Starbucks. Taste of chocolate syrup and some coffee. Slight vanilla and roasty malt. Strong coffee and dark chocolate on the finish.

22oz bottle to bertha snifter. Big stout pour. Not much head to mention which opens up a nose of booze and coffee. Milky coffee sweetness. Dangerous smooth.

Sehr dunkelbraunes, fast schwarzes Bier mit wenig bräunlichem Schaum. Geruch nach sehr reifen Früchte, röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack schokoladig, Kaffee, Vanille, leicht alkoholisch.
