"I don’t think these aliens are that bad. What’s that you ask? That they don’t like you? That they don’t like me wither? WRONG! I mean maybe we’ve all just been brainwashed by Hollywood alien invasion movies. Has anyone even tried to talk to the? Here, I’ll go bring them a Pipeworks Mocha Imperial Stout with coffee and rich chocolate. This beer is amazing. No disintegrations." - Jeff’s last words before being encased in chocnite.

650ml bottle from Binnys in Highland Park. Very dark brown pour with a brown head. Nose has big espresso, with caramel malts and light nut. Taste is of bakers chocolate, roast, chocolate liqueur, caramel and some molasses. A bit rough, but maybe just young. Medium to full bodied with some alcohol. Finishes well balanced between bitter and sweet. The best of the derivatives off the very good base? 15.5

Bottle courtesy of trade with reorulezzz8. Cheers! Pours a deep stout brown with a tan head. Nose is roast, chocolate, slight molasses, coffee, spice, and mild bitterness. Flavor is similar with roast, chocolate, coffee, spice, and coffee/hop bitterness. Medium in body and lingering bitterness into the finish.

Near black body with a half inch of thick, beige collar. Aromas of chocolate, roast, char, coffee, dark chocolate, cacao. Coffee and vanilla. Chocolate milkshake. Medium to full bodied. Moderate carbonation with lingering sweetness and light bitterness. Lots of vanilla character. Tasty.

On the patio with Zach and Audrie, pours a dark mahogney brown with a nice lasting mocha Java head. Nose is vanilla bark with some behind the scene sweetness. Taste is sweet mocha , smooth and velvety as if it’s on the nitro . Finishes on my he same tasting notes with a clean sweet vanilla mocha finish....another winner from the brewmaster from Chicago ! quaff score 8 / 10

Bomber. Pours black with a light brown head and aroma of coffee, chocolate, and toffee. Taste is full of chocolate, coffee, toffee, and dark fruits notes leading to a long, chocolately finish

Bottle. The pour is dark with little tan head. The aroma is mostly chocolate and deep malts. The taste is big and bold chocolate and coffee. I could drink this stuff like crazy, so good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz bomber. The pour is a light black with a film of lighter khaki colored head and no lace. The aroma is great. There is a solid mocha here. Good coffee and heavy chocolate. I love the volume of malts here. The alcohol is nowhere to be found, which I really like. The flavor is all chocolate. There is a light coffee that starts to come in about half way through and carries out through the end. The booze is again well hidden. The mouth feel is a bit light, but there is a nice carbonation to help it cling. The aftertaste fades pretty quick, but is a good blend of chocolate and coffee for the namesake mocha. This could be excellent, but it's not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared with koleminer20. Aroma is mocha, roasted malt, but light. Appearance is black, beige head, poured light. Taste is roasted, tons of mocha, chocolate, vanilla, nice. Mouthfeel is decent, a touch light, oily, decent carbonation. Overall, it’s got a pretty good taste but it falls short of my anticipated rating.

Black pour with a thin espresso head. Aroma of chocolate. Full mouth. Alcohol is very forward in this with a rubbing alcohol flavor present. No vanilla or coffee. Chocolate is very forward, but that rubbing alcohol flavor is just all over the place. The vanilla and coffee start to creep in as it warms.
