Imperial stout brewed with chocolate and Dark Matter coffee.

"I don’t think these aliens are that bad. What’s that you ask? That they don’t like you? That they don’t like me wither? WRONG! I mean maybe we’ve all just been brainwashed by Hollywood alien invasion movies. Has anyone even tried to talk to the? Here, I’ll go bring them a Pipeworks Mocha Imperial Stout with coffee and rich chocolate. This beer is amazing. No disintegrations." - Jeff’s last words before being encased in chocnite.

Sehr dunkelbraunes, fast schwarzes Bier mit wenig bräunlichem Schaum. Geruch nach sehr reifen Früchte, röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack schokoladig, Kaffee, Vanille, leicht alkoholisch.

Bottle shared by Jake. Pours black brown head. Nose/taste of mocha, cocoa, coffee, green pepper and vanilla. More pepper on the nose. Medium body.

Bottle thanks to cstelle2144! Pours opaque black, medium creamy tan head, slowly dissipates leaving good lacing. Aroma is definitely mocha forward, with a bit of extra roastiness for good measure. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, mocha mocha mocha, a bit of staleness on the coffee perhaps. Full bodied and creamy, strong lingering bitterness with some coffee acidity.

22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours black with a lacy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, vanilla and chocolate and coffee, some dough, and some caramel sweetness. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Smoother texture. A cool imperial stout.

(Rating #8,900) Bottle... Chuck Norris checks under his bed for this beer every night!… Pours clear and nearly black with flashes of ruby when held up to light. The bouquet is a plush swirl of chocolate, espresso and vanilla with a light note of caramel and a small splash of red wine. Full-bodied and silky-smooth with modest carbonation. The flavor is a roasty, rich and sweet blend of milk chocolate, café con leche, caramel and chocolate crème. Lengthy, moderately sweet, mocha finish. An excellent, world class beer shipped my way by BBB63!

A sticky, sweet, boozy imperial stout with heavy coffee and chocolate notes. The coffee dominates the nose. Pours a deep dark, mocha color. Definitely amps up the sweetness to offset potential coffee bitterness. An excellent coffee imperial stout. Mouthfeel is absolutely sticky and sweet.

This was the weirdest stout I’ve had in a while, there were a lot of things I really enjoyed individually yet however all together they didn’t quite fit together. The chocolate does not shine through as much as the coffee

A: Pitch black this a thick frothy head that lingers a bit. S: Rich coffee and dark chocolate upfront then you get some of that vanilla aroma in the backend that is sweet. Really appealing aroma. T: Really sweet upfront like a milk stout then get some dark chocolate and coffee roast and bitterness, like a mocha espresso. Finishes with some alcoholic bite but really nice tasting beer. M: Solid carbonation with a thick sweet body. Maybe would be slightly better with less sweetness but it was nice and slick.
