Bottle from Binnys. Pours a hazy orange with med white head. Aroma of floral hop, candied fruit, citrus, pine resin. Flavor is gooey floral hop, med/thick chewy mouthfeel, fairly sweet with spicy floral hop finish. Solid

Pours hazy orange amber with low white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, grapefruit, peach and passion fruit, hints of pineapple. Taste is big hoppy bitter with a nice rounding fruit sweetness to balance it. Lingering resin bitter finish. Medium, creamy body with soft carbonation.

Bomber, pours orange with a thick head and lively carbonation. Aroma of floral hops and citrus. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus, and resin with a subtle malty balance. Finishes nicely bitter. All in all a solid brew.

Refrigerated brown bomber, batch 444/49/50, poured into a snifter. Pours hazy orangish amber with small off-white head. Aroma is floral hops, medium/thicker body, low/medium carbonation, and good very small bubble lacing. Taste is grassy/evergreen hops, herbal hops, some floral hops, some tropical fruit. nice malt backbone, bitter hop finish. One of the best hoppy beers I have had.

Finally got this one and it blew me away. Bubblegum, citrus, marijuana dank goodness. That will be all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Location: 22 oz bottle from Marion Street Cheese Market, 7/5/14, Batch 429/430

Aroma: Nose is citrus and fruity, with plenty of caramel, and resiny/pine hops
Appearance: Pours a cloudy orange color with a frothy head and some drippy lace
Flavor: The taste is solidly bitter, but balanced, with a plus sweetness as well
Palate: The body is medium-full, a little sticky, with an average-plus carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I certainly found this to be enjoyable, but it isn’t quite to that world class type of level for the style that I would need to give this a score in the 4+ range.

First beer from Pipeworks and was not disappointed at all! Received this beer via a trade and will now have to trade for more or take the trek to the Windy City! A perfectly balanced DIPA that allows for the hops to be present, but not smack you in the face as you drink. A must try for hopheads!

Pours deep clear gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Dark caramel, bread and resin aromas. Thick with sweet toffee and caramel upfront turning to hot resin before the lasting bitter pine finish.
