Bottle share thanks to Homer321. batch 120. Deep dark blackish pour. Aroma is huge raspberry, chocolate, tobacco character. Lots of raspberry flavoring, sweet, light roasty, more raspberry. Best if the abduction beers I had so far.

Bottle at Schouskjelleren (shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot!) Fruity and berry like aroma with raspberries, dark chocolate, dark malt and hints of soda. Medium sweet with nice raspberry flavour some chocolate and a balanced bitterness. Quite delicious!

On bottle at Schouskjelleren . Black reddish color , ok purple foam. Medium/ high aroma intensity; raspberries are dominant, also some regular imp stout features, lightly roasted , leather and malt- quite fruity in total. Medium/ full body & high complexity . Good bitterness, some sourness- balances well. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(draft @ Local Option - Chicago, IL) Dark brown pour with a thick tan head. Roasted chocolate and dark malt aroma with a nice natural raspberry undertone. Tart raspberry flavor with a smooth and sweet chocolate counter balance in the flavor with a roasted coffee and malt backbone. Not overly sweet but has a nice tartness.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small to medium light tan head. Aroma of raspberries, chocolate, light ash, coffee and dried fruit. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of raspberries, vanilla, bitter chocolate, light coffee and raw sugar. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice play between the raspberry and the chocolate notes. Great.

Bottle. Pours black with tan head. Aroma is strong raspberry, chocolate, wow- amazing aroma, tons of berry. Taste is chocolate, a bit chalky, a bit astringent, vanilla, cough syrup, full-bodied, medium carbonation. Overall, one of the best aromas but the doesn’t quite go into the taste.

Poured from bottled to glass. Dark hue with creamy tan head that settled to a ring. Aroma is huge raspberry, chocolate, earthy, caramel, ethanol. Mouthfeel is is nice with a medium body and crisp carbonation. Taste is sweet with a slight astringent following and ethanol finish. Overall this is a good beer but has a beautiful aroma.
