4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a deep, hazy maroon with an off white head that settles nicely. The nose is absolutely beautiful. So rich with notes raspberry (sorbet?), cherry, malt, and all American hops. Seriously one of the best aromas I?ve smelled. The taste lives up to the nose. Very rich and complex. Booze is hidden well, dangerous. I poured the sediment in because it doesn?t bother me. Palate is slightly sticky with hints of alcohol. Pretty clean overall. Very delicious beer!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 oz. bottle. Deep red pour with a small off white head. Aroma of tons of grapefruit, pine, resin, and rich sweet malt notes. Flavor has a medium bitterness with a stunning amount of hop flavor. Lots of orange and grapefruit, citrus rind, pine and resin notes. Medium bodied, nice carbonation, delicious. Finishes nice and bitter. This is delicious.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber (Thanks Alex!). Pours a kinda murky tarnished-copper color, minimal head that didn’t wait around long. Nose is pine and citrus, some tropical fruit, some malt hidden in there as well. Mouth is sticky and medium-bitter up front, fruity hops and some malt, orange zest, apricot, hint of caramel and slightly astringent on the back end. Blew off my fireworks almost 2 weeks ago, but this was still good with potato salad and some beef jerky. Solid brew from P-Dubs as always.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle and served in my PW snifter: Mine actually poured pretty clean reddish brown with a fading frothy off white head and good lace. The aroma has notes of grapefruit, crabapple, nectarines, pine, resin, light dankness, caramel, bread, aromatics and some pepper clove hop spice combination. Well still more bitter than balanced it is not a hop bomb either. The taste is moderately fruity, somewhat spicy and has more than a share of sweet and bready malts. There is somewhat a dank note but is is much more a background player as is the tea-baggy astringent undertone. The mouth feel is lightly sticky, not all that aggressive and drink more akin to a barleywine than a DIPA. Overall I like this but really think I should be sharing it for methinks the 2nd half of the bottle could kick my arse.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Murky reddish-brown pour. Smell is a mix of toasted grains and citrusy hops. Teh flavor has an ample bitterness with a touch of leveling sweetness. All-American brew.
