Pours hazy amber with medium white head. Aroma of pine, resin, grapefruit, blood orange, tropical fruit. Taste is bitter, resin and blood orange, loads of grapefruit as well. Body is light to medium with soft carbonation.

Bottle:   Citrusy example, but not too bright or sweet.   Also doesn’t seem like much of an IIPA as the 9.5% isn’t noticeable.   Seems like a decent IPA tho.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   A little pith and peel, but also some nice of the orangy citrusy bits.   Comes across as a big citrusy IPA, but not enough malty or heftiness to be an IIPA.   I would say pretty solid IPA, but as a Double IPA, a bit on the weak side.

Bomber shared with Zach and Brandon, pours a dark amber orange color with a very small head. Nose is fresh squeezed grapefruit, deep sweet delicious citrus. Taste is bitter sweet citrus with strong pine and resin, delicious. Finish is bitter sweet as well, with a moderately long citrus resinous finish. Great DIPA ! Quaff Score 8 / 10

Bomber. Pours a hazy amber orange with a beige head and aroma of hops, pine, citrus, and resin. Taste is delicious, nice bitterness with pine, hops, resin, citrus, tropical fruits and caramel leading to a dry, bitter finish.

Light haze on this deep amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy. Fine carbonation. Light creamy malt base, very light. Resinous orange and pine hops with lesser tangerine and a little hop spice. Light dry finish. Very light and very tasty. Unlike the Centennial, no toffee malt skewing things.

Cloudy orange golden pour with a thin off white head .... aroma is of fresh citrusy fruits, mango, grapefruit and piney hops with some hop oils ..... taste is of mango, oranges, grapefruits and piney hops ... mouthfeel is oily ... has a definite caramel malt backbone .... finishes bitter dry with a resiny hop oily and nice lingering bitter hop bite .... abv hidden well

From the April 2014 3R6P gathering. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a small foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was pine, resin, a bit of catbox with a tangy and sweet undertone. The flavor was tangy pine, caramel, honey, catbox and ends bitter. Long bitter finish. Medium body. Ok.

Pipeworks is good beer that has great hype. Pours a reddish gold with thin white head. Scent is wonderful mix of citrus, sweat, and cumin. Flavor is quite big enough for me on either the front end hop bite or the back end sweet finish. Light medium bodied with ample carbonation. Bottle - Received in Trade
