22 oz bottle shared with the group. The aroma is exactly as advertised chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow, light roast. The flavor has the same early, but it fades quickly into not much at all, as a matter of fact, there is an off flavor I canít place, this is a bit disappointing, smells great, flavor doesnít back it up.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, vanilla, and some coffee. Taste is roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and graham crackers! Tastes just like the label says it does. Enjoy with friends.

Bottle thanks to Chris. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is strong vanilla, chocolate, and cookie. Thin mouthfeel with strong vanilla, chocolate, graham cracker, marshmellow cream, really enjoyed this one.

Woodshed 3.0! 22oz bomber pours with a dark mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up a nice deep dark roasted maltiness, some dark roasted coffee, dark chocolate goodness and some molasses. In the background I get malts mixed with crackers and that kind of works here. The taste is velvety dark chocolate heaven mixed with dark roasted malts, some coffee and yummy thin marshmallow notes. This is coming together so well and so balanced and with pleasing richness. Terrific.

Interesting fun beer. Pretty much delivers on s'mores taste. Black pour. Cocia and vanilla stand out in nose. Taste brings in cinnamon, marshmallow, and an almost tart fruit taste. Sticky and big. Cool.

Pours jet black with a dark mocha head. Aroma of graham cracker, marshmallows and chocolate. Taste is símores, legit símores flavor. Solid flavored stout.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2014 Bottle: Thanks, Jason. Almost pitch black with a deep khaki head that slowly settles into a chunky collar & frothy film. Aroma of milky sweet chocolate, vanilla, dark fruity tartness, creamy mallow foam, & a light hint of earthy roast in the finish. Really nice how noticeable the marshmallow is. Only complaint is the timid, fruity tartness. Taste includes roasted malt, brown sugar, a faint smoky, campfire char, bittersweet cocoa dust, vanilla, a touch of marshmallow fluff, & a nutty, graham cracker finish. Lots of nuances in this one - very intricate & complex, finishing slightly dry with a lingering bakerís chocolate taste. They really nailed the essence of the símore with this one. Fairly creamy, nice body.
