Tasted on tap at Quenchers during a Pipeworks Tap Takeover. It poured an opaque brown with an ultra thin tan head. Strong and sweet chocolate malt aroma and a complex mix of chocolate malt and coffee for your taste buds. Strong (10%) and TASTY!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Smooth and creamy over a thick texture. This is loaded with flavors, almost like a campfire stout, with strong chocolate, graham cracker and marshmallow notes. That was the purpose and thatís what it tastes like, so well done; heat covered well on the back end, slight notes of cinnamon and smoke linger.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Inky black pour with a tan head that recedes moderately fast. Amazing aroma of cinnamon-graham cracker, cocoa, and earthy roast. Wonderous flavor of earthy boozy cocoa/dark chocolate, graham cracker, vanilla marshmallows, a dash of cinnamon and a boozy cocoa sweet finish. Hefty and dessert like. Just like I like them.

Bottles. Pours a nice black. Had a upfront stout taste. Has a vanilla taste and taste of graham crackers after taste. A coco taste. This is very interesting but excellent beer.

Bottle... This beer rocks!Ö Pours mostly black with a small, creamy, taupe head. Good retention. The aroma features marshmallows, milk chocolate and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied and sticky with pillow-soft carbonation. The flavor is mostly sweet dark chocolate, milk sugar, vanilla, and almonds. Muchos kudos to BBB63 for providing this world-class beer!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. The pour is almost black with brown lacing. The aroma is that of a nice stout with some chocolate and actually some graham crackers. The taste is actually complex, and will get a 5 on the palette. Love the flavors and this really does taste like a smore.

With a name like that SíMore Money, SíMore Problems was a no brainer. Being from the masterminds at Pipeworks only added to my desire to sample this novel imperial stout. Living up to its billing it tastes like the perfect companion for a campfire cookout. Hopefully I can find a bottle in a future batch.
Aroma / Appearance - A dense base pours thick and oily. Chocolate tinged legs crawl downwards. As they do they mix with the waves of boozy smores and coffee. Malt binds it all together as it should in a top notch imperial stout.
Flavor / Palate - Chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crust definitely give this the taste of a campfire dessert. Coffee and malt add a morning after effect. The booziness might be the only distraction although at 10% ABV it is tough to hide the rich body. I donít know how long it would take to finish off an entire bottle but I would be willing to give it a try to have another shot at a fun twist on this American inspired recipe.
