When it comes to gravitationally bound systems of stars, stallar remnants, interstellar mediums and dark matter, the Unicorn is a bit of an expert. This wheat Double IPA, brewed with 20 perfcent wheat and loads of Galaxy hops, will tear through yourface time continuum in less than 12 parsecs and leave you well versed in a brief history of awesome.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber, thanks Doug. This beer is super fruity, grassy, mango, juicy, citrus. My only complaint would be that it is one dimensional.

Bottle shared at RBWG! Pours a golden orange with thick off-white foamy head and good sticky lacing. Aroma of caramel malt up front, a funky resinous hop finish, piney and sweet. Taste follows, nice sticky, resinous mouth with a bitter finish. Pretty damn good.

651mL at RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours a clear lighter orange. Rocky, off-white foam. Webby lacing. Nose is heavy butterscotch, melons, vanilla, caramel, dank hops, lots of dessert character. Taste is similar with buttercream, caramel, butterscotch, sugary tropical melons. Palate is dense, sticky, oily. Definitely on the sweeter, dessert side of DIPA but no typical DIPA flaws like nutty astringency, tea leaf tannins, old candies, cheesecloth.

Bottle courtesy of Vinny, split with Vin & Sean. Pours clear apple juice copper with a fat creamy white head. Aroma is creamy mango, melon, and some oniony hop. Tastes very much the same with a very juicy, clean hop profile. Mouthfeel is extraordinarily creamy & rich for an IPA, but with no residual sweetness. Very fluffy, juicy, and smooth. Fantastic IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle acquired via trade, shared with bear juden, and pat. Pours hazy copper gold with medium sized head, nice and thick with good lacing. Aromas are tons of citrus, wheat, tropical fuel, pine, mango, butter, and light onion. Taste is much of the same, maybe a little less desireable then the aroma but still very good. Medium to fuller bodied. Delicious ipa.

Hazed pour with frothy white head and lace. Aroma is resiny hops and caramel malt with a hinto abv. Sweet malt start followed by the resiny bitter then a dry finishing and then the hop bitter starts to grow. Medium body with good carbonation. Another nice beer.

Huhuhuhuhuhuh, man this beer was ridonkulous. Soft pale blonde pour with one finger of white head. The nose is just nuts, incredibly strong/intense. You can smell it from several feet away. Lots of fresh fruit/citrus, tropical fruit, very juicy. Intensely hoppy and grassy with tons of raw tropical fruit in the flavor. Wonderful mouthfeel palate/soft light-medium body with a moderate and zesty bitterness. Fuh-hantastic beer.
