COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Well Read Temptress is the second of our sour and seductive ladies. This ravishing raspberry Berliner style weisse knows how to read between the lines with her cheeky tartness and crisp finish. Aged on fresh raspberries from our friends at Seedling Farms, this beer is sure to educate the palate. Just don’t be late for this, the Red Temptress doesn’t like when you’re overdue. Bottling Dates:
Batch 039: 10/16/12

Bottle from Binny’s. A bit of backing wheat and acidity with mild raspberry. Doesn’t all quite mesh. A disappointment after how much I loved Flower Child.

Bottle shared with friends. Pours with a red tint and slight haze. With a ton of raspberries and sour tartness in this beer it’s hard not to like it, especially if your a sour head. Another great beer from Pipeworks.

Smells like red raspberries. More tart than I anticipated. Immediately tart raspberry in the mouth. Almost no head an no lacing. I am really enjoying this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Plenty of raspberry; light and crisp, refreshing and highly drinkable. Healthy tartness, moreso than many Berliners. Only moderately lactic. This is the most refined Pipeworks beer I've had, and certainly the first that I'm ready to shell out $$ for. Need moar!

I would just love to meet the girl on the bottle in real life. Pours a hazy pink color with a fizzy white head. Nose is berries, tartness, some yogurt, and some berry skins. Flavor is similar with berries, some tart citrus, some yogurt, and some nice prickly character. Light in body and delightful overall.

750ml bottle, shared by caterwaul. Batch #83. Completely opaque hot pink color. More white head, with a pink hue. A "pretty-looking beer". Good loose lace. Very nice, creamy raspberry aroma. Very much like a cup of raspberry yogurt. Smooth, creamy carbonation. Lighter carbonation, especially compared to most berliner weisses I’ve had, but I don’t mind that. Very smooth and drinkable tart taste, short of puckering, though. Good creamy sweetness balances it out. Jammy. Super nice, drinkable berliner.

Tasting at ChrisOs. Cloudy pink beer with a good size pale pink head. Palate is light, crispy and dry. Mildly sour, mild minerals. Sherbetty raspberry. Finishes dry and slightly white wine sour. Refreshing!
