Bottle thanks to my boy kan. Aroma of big potent juicy raspberries and blackberries. Soft leather. Fruit juice. Taste is bright watered yogurt and lemon juice. Pretty acidic. Dry. Soft watery raspberries. Creamd wheat and raw oats with a Touch of aspirin. Lemon acidity changes to dooughed Creamed wheat as it warms. Pretty good.

This is more along the lines of something like Raspberry Tart than anything. It pours a cloudy pink and looks more or less like pink lemonade topped w/ a white head. Light and refreshing raspberry taste. I might call this something of a cross between a blond ale and a fruit wine. Not bad.

growler shared by a human. pours bright red with white head. aroma is loaded with raspberries, real fruity with lactic notes underneath. flavor is much of the same, might be more of a fruit beer but this works for me because I’m not a huge berliner fan anyway, there is still some lactic sourness holding the raspberry. really clean, crisp, and refreshing. awesome beer.

Bottle batch #39 poured a pink cranberry in color with a fizzle of white head. Aroma has fresh raspberries, raspberry seeds, and a nice hint of tartness. Mouth feel is light with medium carbonation. Flavor brings out a bit more tartnes on the raspberry side and it tries to dry out but does not quite make it.

Bottle - Batch 39. Tart lactic raspberry aroma. Hazy deep rose with a large pink head. Sweet tart raspberry flavor, but a little watery. Light watery body.

Pours pink and semi-opaque with tangy and fruity nose. Refreshing on the tongue with light raspberry and lemonade. Refreshing with a loght tang and hidden alcohol.

Another from the Thanksgiving bunch. Pours a light pink with a bubbling white head. Smells of tart rasberry and its got me salivating. I’ve had some weak berliners in my day but this one nails it. Not puckeringly tart but dont let that fool you there is some serious sour to this. The rasberry is refreshing and wonderfully present, and with the way this thing drys out i could drink it for days...weeks...or...
