3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle purchased at Binnyís Grand. Heard this turned out better than Blue Lady, so I thought I should give it a try. Pours a fluorescent, cloudy pink in color with about two fingers worth of light pink head. The nose opens up bright raspberry, some wheat, and a little soapiness that another reviewer mentioned. No signs of any cheese in this one, off to a good start here. The flavor is somewhat of a letdown, it packs some lactic sourness, but is pretty one dimensional. The raspberry isnít all that pronounced, instead itís just sour. The base of the beer also leaves a somewhat bland taste in my mouth. Itís like a mix between a wheat and a pilsner and is somewhat watery. The mouthfeel is disappointing as well. I seem to be the only person that makes mention of this, but I think this is way overcarbonated. It seems to calm some as it comes to room temperature though. It has a light mouthfeel and a moderate finish. Much more respectable effort at a berliner this time around. As you can tell I think there is still room for improvement, but I like the direction they are headed.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle @ Steveís house. Thanks to Adam for sending. Raspberry, slight butter, slight corny, juicy, stomach acid nose. Kind of boring aroma. Twangy dull raspberry soda flavor. A touch of bile. High acidity. Not that great.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours quite cloudy, murky pink with no head. The aroma brings some methane and raspberries. Flavor brings big tart and some raspberries, but they have faded over the last year. There is big tart grapefruit as well going on.

Enjoyed by the pool. Pours a clear, light reddish pink color with big white head. Aroma of raspberries, wheat, citrus, citric acid. Flavor is very refreshing. Raspberries present but donít overpower the base Berliner. Wheat flavor comes trough. Tart. Overall pretty nice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2013 Bottle: peachy, lightly link tinted, hazy and nearly opaque body, head in gone in moments. Aroma has a wheat body with tons of fresh raspberry; tart and lightly acidic. Taste is raspberry, light acidic tartness, mellow fruit sweetness, a small bit of wheat and just a little lemon-like sourness in the finish. Very good stuff; dry finish.
