4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
The color of this brew is an opaque amber, and a medium-sized, frothy white head sits on top of the liquid. The aroma is quite indulgent and rich with heavy notes on sour fruit, Belgian yeast, caramel malts, and booze blending together nicely, and the taste is complex and tasty due to the mixture of mild umami, slight sourness, and a touch of sweetness. Finally, the average carbonation feels a bit weird alonside the taste as well as the full body, boozy finish, and thick texture.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330 ml unusually heavy brown bottle served in a Piraat glass.
Pours a clear amber with a creamy, off-white head that has very good retention and leaves thick lacing. A large amount of exceptionally fine carbonation can be seen rising in the glass.
Aroma: sweet and sour fruits, yeast, light malt, hops, and surprisingly subtle hints of the high ABV.
The flavor, like the aroma, is most notably fruity, but both malt and hops are evident. No hiding all 10.5% ABV, but the alcohol-related flavors are partially hidden and integrate well with the fruity flavor. Some hints of banana, of course, but hints of pineapple, apricots, pear and apple too. Flavor starts sweet and changes to a mild bitter finish, with some tartness throughout.
M - medium-light body; lively but near creamy smooth feel; mild alcohol heat. .
O - a fine, powerful, bold, complex fruity Belgian ale

Purchased 6-mix pack of Belgium beers around $18. Nice beer, enjoyable I guess only complaint is maybe the alcohol taste is a bit obvious!

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From a bottle she came. Arrr. Light coppy golden, a beauty indeed. Good goldy malty, with a bit of belgian strong ale esteryness. Nice, bit boozy, body. Tasty, long, and surprisingly easy. I wasn’t expecting this, but this just tempts you to finish the bottle. Even though the obvious boozyness, it just tastes great.
