COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Piraat is a wickedly rich and rounded brew that packs a mighty punch. The powerful glow builds up from inside. Deep golden with a subtle haze. Lots of hops and malt. Mild sweetness. Reminiscent of bread dough, spices and tropical fruits.

Very thick taste, full body, lively sensations in mouth, long finish. The alcohol tastes in the beginning but disappears fast. Slight sweetness but not too much. A hint of bitterness. Nice amber color. Minimal head.

I liked this ale alot. Color is a very appealing amber, and aroma is a typical belgian mix, pleasant but nothing special. Taste is a bit caramel for me mixed with hops and other subtle flavors. Very palatable and pleasant feel for 10% abv. Taste is not overly complex, keeping this below a 4 but otherwise very enjoyable.

Tap at bulldog uptown in tulip. Light copper with good white head and great lacing. Dark fruit funk with decent yeast nose. Spicy sour fruit up front, then some grain and yeast. Spicy, some effervescent, tiny bit of waxy resin mouthfeel, more than others in style. Yaar matey.

Golden-amber colored beer with a nice foamy head. You can smell the alcohol and some sweet fruity aromas. The taste is very sweet at first but it becomes more gentle with time. Creamy-oily textured with a medium body. Interesting beer with a lot of great attributes, but not my style.

330 mL bottle. Hazy orange-brown pour, nice white head with good retention. Bread malt aroma, bit boozy, some fruit and yeast as well. Taste is fairly sweet, fruity, yeast. Bit of sticky body. Fairly complex and well balanced.
