Bottle: Poured a deep yellow color ale with a huge poured white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of alcohol is a bit too intense for my liking with some good malt backbone and lots of sugar. Taste is very sweet with a subtle burning sensation from the alcohol. Body is slightly below average with too much filtration and alcohol is too intense. Yeast is quite discreet and sweet too present. This one is definitely not to my liking.

Big bottle in trade with with Lubiere. Moderate but lasting head. Gold colour. Strong farm and cheese scent. Like a lite-flavour Saison with a long sweet musty finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden, ok head, spicy fruity, the usual belgian beer. Alcohol is tasteable, but not too much.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with some floaties and a funky huge, rocky white head. Makes some interesting foam formations. The aroma is big as I can smell it from a few feet away. Fruity, spicy, and yeasty. Taste is of some over ripe fruits and some doughy malt. Somewhat syrupy feeling. The alcohol is a little hot.

Draught. Hazy golden, nice head Spicy, fruity aroma. Can smell and taste alcohol. Good brew.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with a decent white head. Very yeasty aroma with some spices. Taste is sweet with some notes off orange peel in the background. You can also taste the alcohol.

A most impressive brew! Pours a light hazy golden color with great effervescence. Head was creamy white and left generous amounts of lacing on glass. Flavor of creamy butterscotch, malted barley and roasted hops. High alcohol content, but conceals it well. Hints of scotch whiskey, oak and smoke as the beverage warms. Palate is rich with a sweet finish. My expectations were low and this beer turned out to be well above them.

This is one great beer. I had been waiting a while to try this one and was not disappointed. Thanks Brandon!
