Classic golden color with super strong hops, fruit, and spices. The 750 with cork and tie is always fun. But beware this a true strong ale that is not to be toyed with. lithy (1650), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 17, 2009 Solid golden orange with a loose off white foam and light spotty lacing. The alcohol is apparent in the aroma, along with a nice fruitiness, bready and spicy. The taste is big fruitiness up front, bready sweet malt, apples, banana, pineapple, then the spiciness combines with the alcohol for a bit in the finish. Then a pleasant alcohol warmth builds up from the stomach back into the throat. BeerBaron617 (306), Novi, Michigan, USA

Poures a straw yellow, with small offwhite head. Very fruity like, but with an epic mouthfeel. Very good Belgian Ale. Cheers! MereLikesBeer (154), Royal Oak, Michigan, USA

It poured a clear yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. It smelled like a Belgian, yeasty with banana undertones. It tasted quite fruity, light and refreshing. Not too bubblegummy :) I like this, but not as much as golden Drakk... fidel (913), Livermore, California, USA
