I can’t drink as many as my palate desires. The label is so incredibly cheezy, but what is inside is sooo special.

the aroma is that of lemon and fruit
the flavor is very strong with the hit of alcohol with first sip then when the beer starts to warm the alcohol is not as strong
this ale keeps me on my feet
i really enjoy the punch it gives
that is why i gave it a 10+ on my list of fav beers

Previous reviewer gives it a 5/20??? But then again he calls Crown Royal a ’stellar’ whiskey. The only thing Crown Royal has going for it is the packaging and that’s it, it tastes like crap. CC 12yo is 10 times better than Crown Royal and about the same price. Have an acquaintance whose son thinks Crown Royal is the greatest, when he comes over she buys cheap whiskey, puts it into an old Crown Royal bottle, and he doesn’t know the frigging difference. Full nectar indeed as I smile. I see the tiny bubbles form this thick froth, as it rises the aroma spills from the goblet into the air creating a symphonic prelude of the olfactory sense. Dough, spices, florals, tropicals, malts, as I watch the goblet fill with golden honey nectar I anticipate it’s crescendo. Just as I suspected, a full bodied ale with flavors perfectly ballanced to confirm this fine ensamble. A touch of sweetness lends just the right amount of distraction to soften the high alcoholic disposition. Banana fruit, vanilla, bubblegum, spice, honey, w/ an asprin tingle on the finish. As with most fine Belgian’s let this one warm a bit, the flavors will intensify. Highly recommended. This is a utility brew. Did not score it perfect because it would mean that I no longer need to search for the perfect beer.
Overall great color, flavor, aroma, and aftertaste. Plus, a bottle of this at 10% will start or end your night with a little WOW.
