Brewvival Trip Beer 1. Draft at Mellow Mushroom Asheville. Pours a very pale hazy yellow with a thin white head. Poor head retention. Aroma of blueberries, raspberries and a cheesy note. The taste is tart berries and pale wheat. Medium bodied, refreshing.

Tap at Beer Study. pours a very lightly hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is cereal, fresh blueberry puree, and when combined together its very much like blueberry captain crunch..if that exists. I wish it was a tad drier.

Cloudy pale yellow with one finger of offwhite head. Nice blueberry notes, muffin and blueberry skin. Very fine and delicate. Notes of fresh dough. Very fresh and clean aroma, clean and defined berry character. Does not seem artificial in the least. Very light bitterness. Really well done

I usually can’t drink more than a half pint of any fruit flavored beers, however, this is one of the few I would actually buy a 6pk or a growler of.

Draft in a flight at the brewery. Huge blueberry smell to this that’s actually pretty inviting. The taste is also very blueberry laden, but it’s less appealing to me. Not bad, but not great.

Draft at the source. Appearance of murky grapefruit juice. Aroma ofsubtle fresh blueberries. Taste is citrus, blueberry, bubblegum. Not over the top, subtle and characterful.

Not a bad fruit beer. Blueberries present in aroma and taste, but don’t overwhelm. Malty base is pretty good vehicle for the semi-sweet fruit taste. Drinkable summer stuff.

Draft at thirsty monk. Pours golden with a thin white head which doesn’t leave any lacing. Nice blueberry notes on the nose which continue into the taste. The blueberry is prominent without it becoming cloying. A bit of biscuit on the finish. Not bad.

Draft to pint at Barley’s in Ashville. Looks good; wheat with thick lacing. Smells good too; a nice balance of fruit and wheat. Tastes solid; again, good balance. Average on the palate. A pretty good blueberry wheat!
