COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our pale ale is a perfect blend of whole leaf Chinook and Mount Hood hops and rich organic malts. A crisp, clean profile make this beer distinct.

22oz bomber Pours a slightly hazy light copper with a half finger head. Good head retention. Slight aroma of citrusy hops along with some caramel malt. Not as strong as I would have liked. Earthy hop flavors come in first followed by a moderate bitterness that lasts throughout. Biscuity malt flavors balance out the hoppyness quite nicely. Finished relatively clean leaving a slight earthy taste. Overall a nice pale ale that I could easily drink all day long. Nothing too special about it but a solid enjoyable beer.

Pours brownish from tap with a thin white head. Slight hint of hoppiness on the nose. Some citrus on the tongue and there’s a drying quality on the finish.

Dark copper in color. Murky. Appears to be unfiltered? Tastey and different. Nice earthy tones. Not perfect but pretty cool. I’d drink it again.

22 oz. bottle that I received as a gift from Scott at the Charleston Beer Exchange. Pours a mostly clear golden amber with a thin-moderate off-white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left light lace. Pleasant aroma of malt with a bit of caramel and biscuit. The flavor is similar with malt, caramel and biscuit. Mild-moderate bitterness at the finish that lingers for about fifteen seconds after the swallow. Medium bodied. This is a straightforward, easy-to-drink, enjoyable pale ale. Thanks, Scott!
