Our pale ale is a perfect blend of whole leaf Chinook and Mount Hood hops and rich organic malts. A crisp, clean profile make this beer distinct.

On tap at the Bier Garden in Asheville. Bright golden with lots of fruits in the aroma and flavor - oranges and maybe some peach or really, really mild melon; it was hard to pinpoint. A nice medium-bodied beer that Id probably drink again.

On tap at Swannanoa Gathering at Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC. Lightly hazy amber with an an off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of caramel, toasted grain and light fruit. Taste of caramel, mild floral hops, grain, toast, dank forest duff, citrus and light fruit. The flavors work well together to make this a right decent APA. Medium body and medium/low carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shaker pint draft at Intermezzo in Charlotte, North Carolina. The pour is a hazed orange copper with a inch light tan head. The aroma is orange and grapefruit citrus, a bit of citrus peel and toasted grain malt. The taste is a nice blend of the softly bitter citrus and the toasted cracker malt. Clean and fresh. The palate is medium to light bodied with active carbonation and a dry mildly bitter finish. Nice Pale Ale.

Draft pint at Luellas Bar-B-Que in Asheville, NC; hazy copper-amber color with very light tan head. Aroma notes of citrus/floral hops, some tropical/grapefruit notes with toasty malt balance. Taste adds grass bitterness, some citrus zest, faint dry fruits and grainy malt sweetness. Medium-light body, moderate-low carbonation, dry, tad crisp with some lingering fruity/citrus finish. Overall pretty nice APA, went well with my BBQ platter.

Draft. Amber body with an off-white head. Aroma of raw, dusty grain, citrus, floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Light on flavor except for the grainy malts.

Keg at Mamacitas, Asheville, 17/02/15. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malt, melon, light orange, a little thin overall. Taste comprises light citric peel, melon, light bread, grassy tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so - a pretty muted affair lacking hops and indeed direction!
