Our pale ale is a perfect blend of whole leaf Chinook and Mount Hood hops and rich organic malts. A crisp, clean profile make this beer distinct.

On tap at the Bier Garden in Asheville. Bright golden with lots of fruits in the aroma and flavor - oranges and maybe some peach or really, really mild melon; it was hard to pinpoint. A nice medium-bodied beer that I’d probably drink again.

Aroma: light on the power of aroma. Smells a bit like fresh cut grass Appearance: cloudy deep orange to light brown color. Minimal head at the top of the beer Taste: bitter after taste that's complexity hits you a couple seconds after you sip. Delicious hop flavor. Palate: medium body with a thin texture. Almost no carbonation but the beer isn't flat. Bitter finish like a traditional pale ale but not over powering like traditional hop focused ales. Overall: very surprised to find out this beer is organic. Great refreshing Pale Ale with a crisp finish that will have you craving another! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2014-08-15. Orange body with a small white head. 3+ Aroma is cereally, mild hops. Flavour is lightly bitter, with a toasty cereally malt core. Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Okay, on the mild side. Can at Campground Brewdown

More sweet and malty than I expect from a pale ale. Don’t know if the hops faded away or just were never really there.

Poured an orangish color with aromas of hops, grain and a touch of apricots. Flavors match the aroma. Decent beer overall could be my every drinker if I lived closer.

On tap at the Yacht Club. It poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of caramel, lightly toasted grain, floral and citrus. The taste was of citrus hops, light pine, caramel and some toasted malts.

Draft to taster at Pisgah. Looks good; a fairly transparent deep golden orange with foamy off-white head. Smells and tastes of hops and pale malt with a touch of grain on the tongue. Average on the palate. A solid no-frills APA.

Pours a hazy honey golden with a fairly thick golden buff head. Rich aroma has equal parts malt and hops, with a hint of honey. Flavor floods the palate with sweet malt, woody and resiny hops, fresh-from-the-hive honey, and pomme fruit - I got a hint of apricot in there. Texture is firm and fizzy, leaving a woody hop finish. If this is not the best pale ale I have ever had the privilege to get on the outside of, it is certainly one of the top five!

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2014 Had as part of flight at Juicy Lucy’s. Will make a point to try at source. This is one of the beers that got me into craft beer in the first place. Now it is just a solid pale- nothing special, but really drinkable. Pours nice orange color with decent head. Malt and hops on the palate- not leaning one way or the other. Caramel, grass, citrus, toffee, bread, orange. Pretty balanced if a bit boring. Different hop profile from the usual adds interest. Solid.

Can from wine 101 in wf nc. Great pale ale. Best parts of this beer are it's orange brown appearance and it's straight from the brewery smell. It's smell really makes you think you are sitting at the brewery.

Opaque copper colored body with off-white head. Sweet toffee & biscuity aromas. Caramel, bread, toffee up front with dry hoppy bitter finish
