on draft at wwbf asheville. pours out dark brown with off white head. the aroma and flavors are about the same. you get some roastiness from the malts and that chocolate/cocoa flavor. not sure what they used as far as chocolate goes was a bit on the thin side. was decent enough but have had far better chocolate stouts...

A bit of a back logged rating here but this thing rocked of melted hershey bar cocoa goodness in the aroma. Later on you get a little bit of roasted coffee. Flavor is smooth, light, and surprisingly easy to drink. Bittersweet chocolate finish.

Growler from Greenlife Grocery in Asheville. Pours a very dark brown color appearing black and slightly viscous in the glass. Thin brown head with decent head retention and lacing. The aroma is rich chocolate and coffee with a fairly strong roasty note. The taste is chocolate, roasted malts, espresso with a nutty note. Mostly dry with a bit of sweetness. Medium bodied. Good beer.
