COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by the City Brewery for Pig’s Eye Brewing Co.
Pit Bull Ice Malt Liquor can be described in two words - Strong & Smooth. Now, you don’t have to sacrifice taste for strength. Pit Bull is one of the highest alcohol malt liquors available, but our special ice brewing process removes the "harshness" found in other brands, resulting in the smoothest tasting malt liquor in the US. We brew with only the finest Red Robust malt, and a special blend of domestic hops - giving you a quality and consistent brew that you can always enjoy. Now.......it’s your turn to let out the "dog"!
Packaged in 6-4-16oz Cans.

24 oz can to pint. Looks alright; a transparent dark gold with fluffy white head. Smells cheap, doughy, and nastily skunky. Tastes awful with an equally bad mouthfeel. Damn, this sucks!

Tall boy canned @ home picked up at Argonaut for $1.29 poured into my Avery Sour Fest snifter. Pours a clear orange appearance with a white head that is gone in no time. A bit spicy, orange juice, pancake mix aroma. Goopy, syrupy, moderately sweet, juicy citrus, solvent flavor. Booze is covered well. Can’t say I’d recommend this to anyone.

Typical malt liquor appearance: pale golden straw color with a short lived white head. Intensely estery aroma, but also almost medicinally phenolic. A touch of banana along with intense sugary sweetness. Cloyingly sweet with sugar, overripe banana, corn syrup, and plenty of cereal graininess. It’s also a little bit cidery, interestingly enough.

(can 7/4/11). Clear gold color. Medium white head. Moderate sweet grainy aroma and flavor, with moderate alcohol. Avg duration. Dry finish with light alcohol and light lasting sweetness. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing.

tall boy can thanks to Alex, awesome pimpbull on the can.... medium straw, murky light tan head... typical malt liquor nose, grape juice with a light skunky finish... tastes really bad, alcoholic water with sweetner

$.99 at my local gas station. AWESOME. Gold pour with a nice sized white head. Grapes and bread in the aroma. Flavor is dominated by dark fruit with some dough, alcohol, and a bit of citrus. Finishes with plenty of carbonation, not much in the way of alcohol for the style and ABV. Very nice.

Sweet ass graphics. Almost as cool as Four-O in my opinion. Sweet and adjuncty, lots of corn, apple, fusel alcohol. Sweet, chemically, fruity, corny, lots of green apple. Wow, its bad, but bad meaning good.

Pours golden without much of a head. The aroma is surprisingly clean for a high gravity malt liquor with some breadiness and a touch of hops. Although there is a fruitiness to it as well as the classic booze on corn aromas (that are more fairly masked here than in a usual HGML) The flavor is a tad sweet but not cloying plenty of odd phenolic banana flavors along with some bread dough and citrus. They went ahead and left the corn in to make sure we could remember we were drinking malt liquor here, but the alcohol while present is masked better than with most good beers of it’s strength.

Can. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are alcohol, syrop, malt and hops. Quite one dimensional with the alcohol.
