From a growler bought at Lavigne. NIce sound when opening. The pour: big foamy white head, lasting for the first glass, a bit less fot the others, thenose is very belgian wit, with some citrus, wheat, spices. The taste is also very belgian, nice mouthfell. some citrus and spices. Overall one of the best white beer brewed in quebec. The only turn-off is the size of the growler so the beer tends to be flat before ending drinking the bottle.

Pours hazy, pale yellow. Smallish head. Aroma is really spicy (coriander), with wheat malt, citrus yeast. Taste is again about the three components of the Wit (Coriander, citrus, orange peel), but more about citrus than aroma suggests -- without sacrifying balance.

Peu d’arôme. Belle couleur opaque. Assez effervescente.

Very nice huge white head and decent slightly foggy body. Soft lemon and hops aroma. Flavour is a very lemony wit but no cloying or chemical tastes, just smooth drinkability. This is a good one.

On tap at bateau de nuit. Slightly hazy pale green/white pour, smallish white head. Aroma is quite citric, lots of lemon, orange, light coriander notes. Taste is refreshing, very lemony, strong orange/citrus finish. Good carbonation, light palate.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy yellow color ale with a large light white head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of coriander is dominant with some light wheat malt notes. Taste is also dominated by coriander with a smaller malt backbone then expected. Body is a bit light for style with good carbonation. Not bad but additional malt would have provided better enjoyment of this beer.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2012 My Bottom Line:
Within this slender Witbier evolves refreshing coriander seeds, crunchy wheat, and floral allusions, a flavor profile ably developed by forceful effervescence.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam crowns the very pale yellow.
-Citrusy edges and watery moments appear once in a while.
-The nose and flavor profile are pleasant, balanced and geared towards drinkability.
-There are lots of good Witbiers in Quebec, so this one won’t stand out much, but it is still competently made and very refreshing.

Bottles.
