On tap at Pit Caribou Montreal. Like the name, golden ! Small foam. Smell and taste more like a Lager then an Ale. Metalic after taste. Thin body, average carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank (500ml bottle) at the 2015 Salon de Métiers d’Art at Place Bonaventure in Montreal, on December 13, 2015. Clear blonde, medium head. Light dry barley malt taste, notes of sweet nuts. Dry light malty taste, dry bitter herb note, very light bitterness. Very easy drinking ale for anyone!

"Blonde of the Cove" Brewed by the sea near high capes. Veiled, almost clear, dark straw color. Foamy white head for a minute for two. Strong lacing. Pleasant but faint malty aroma with some sweetness, like caramel, and a touch of citrus and floral hops. Balanced flavors but too faint. Nicely grainy and floral. Probably a little too much lemon for a pale ale. Good slick body with average carbonation. Pleasing mouth coat with a very balanced finish. A fine beer overall, well crafted and fresh, but missing some intensity in flavors.

500 ml from local IGA grocery a: cereal, honey, herbacy app: hazy golden white head t/p: thin to med body lightly acidic with crisp finish. Soft to moderate carbonation. O: fair. A good intro to macro drinkers. I’m a bit surprised by the dry finish I was under the impression that the finish would have been sweetier.

Rating from old notes, a bottle from Depanneur Unique. It poured a clear gold with light fruit aromas and pale malts a pretty standard blond ale.

500 ml bottle from St. Nicholas Metro. Pours a modestly cloudy golden yellow with decent-sized white head. Aroma is cereal grains and grassy hops. Flavour is also mostly grassy and cereally with maybe a hint of lemon. A bit of crispness in the finish. Perfectly fine.
