Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light citrus - grapefruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruit, malty, minerals, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130628]
