MiP (6029), Flensburg, Germany Aug 24, 2008 Cask, 4.2%. Hazy pale yellow colour. Very small white head. Citric flavour, a little lemon bitterness. harrisoni (5359), Ashford, Kent, England Aug 5, 2008 Cask handpull at The Wenlock. I had 2 halves of this just to make sure. Slightly hazy gold, thin white head. Like a golden bitter with subtle tasty hops on finish. Very drinkable, very nice hops and something that draws me to it. No great complexity, but good drinkability. KimJohansen (4299), Copenhagen V, Denmark Aug 3, 2008 Cloudy golden with tiny white short lasting head. Sweet fruity aroma with mild hoppy notes. Sweet fruity flavor with discrete hops and a mild bitter end. downender (1616), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Aug 2, 2008 Cask-conditioned at The Wenlock, London, 1/8/08. Slightly cloudy gold in colour with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of hay with a hint of spice. Flavour started with a touch of summer fruit, before some floral hops and a short dry finish. Ok. larsga (2319), Oslo, Norway Jul 19, 2008 Small thin white head does not last. Slightly hazy yellow body. Malty medicinal aroma with golden hoppy notes. Dry papery medicinal malty taste with floral hoppy notes. Light body. Dry powerfully papery hoppy resiny aftertaste. Not bad, but definitely not a great beer. (0.5l bottle, City Beverage Co, London.)
