Flavours are bitter throughout, just a hint of toffe towards the finish. Dry mouthfeel,medium body. Well-crafted. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 11, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy golden, almost without any head and very low in carbonation. Huge, solid yeast sediment. Light aroma of caramel. Lightly malty with weak notes of caramel and nuts. Light hoppy finish without being more than moderately bitter. Very drinkable. 111005 KnutAlbert (2163), Oslo, Norway Sep 27, 2005 Bottle conditioned, rather smooth at first, but it opens to more complex flavours. Nice hops, fruity malt taste. The flavor is quite simple, but with a strong bitterness, pretty aromatic.
