Cask at the Wenlock (you know Dave). Dark amber colour. Dark cherry in the aroma with some chocolate. Surprisingly sweet chocolate flavour with some random citric notes. Sour finish that has reasonable length. A very random blend.

Mar 13, 2007 Cask@The Wenlock Arms. Deep amber/brown. Sopay coriander flavours come through first, with some lime/citrus zest. Finish is acidic and slightly watery. This is also a little bit sweet.
