2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not terrible for a pale lager. Very sweet and sugary with a mild flavor. But overall a clean and drinkable lager. Lightly pale finish.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle shared by tarheels86: Pours a clear pale golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a very subtle lightly sweey malty nose with hints of corn. Starts with a very light pale maltiness with subtle sweetness drying out before a blander watery finish. A drinkable and unoffensive, but quite watery beer.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: APR 18, 2011 275mL found all over Barbados in clear bottles and also those skinny cans you find with Michelob Ultra. The pour is a pee yellow with a detergent/preservative heavy white head that settles down quickly with no retention or lace. Aroma is sweet, sharp, corny, macro cereal grains, grenadine syrup. Taste is suddy, bland, soapy, detergent heavy, lightly metallic. Extremely thin. Less body than lemon Perrier. Drainpour. 2/23/2011 3/2/2/1/5=1.3
Girlfriend’s review: "If I went to a bar and this is all they had, I’d just stay sober."
275mL. This bottle produces quite a thick pillowy white head. Nice retention. Aroma is sweet grains, corn, light fruit, sugar, candies. Taste is unoffensive, sweet grainy. Palate is not super detergent heavy. Much better than whatever bottle I had on the beach. 4/17/2011 3/3/4/2/7=1.9

This beer gets higher marks because any beer like this tastes better when it is 85 degrees and sunny. Pours clear gold with a white head. Light flavor, fairly boring - but hey, I was at an all inclusive so I had a ton.

Clear 275mL bottle. Thanks for the present Mom. Pours clear, non-existent white head. Aroma of canned corn, as expected. Very fizzy, mineral water flavor. finishes with the standard character of straw and grassy hop bitterness. Kinda boring here on the mainland US... I guarantee this is damn tasty sitting on the beach under a large green mountain! Thanks Mom.

It’s not a great beer, or even a good beer given normal conditions. Although after a hot day on the beach at St. Lucia it tastes pretty darn good.

From notes. Bottle in Vieux Fort, paired with spicy chicken. Thirst quenching and easy to drink, but a bit on the watery side. Acceptable, given the local conditions.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
This is a very light beer with almost no bitterness and defenatly no hop aroma. The body is also very light but it is clear and have relativly short foam. No errors but just thinn. The sight when you sail avay from St. Lucia were it is produced is however magnificent.

The beer of St. Lucia. Enjoyed while I was on my Honeymoon. Yellow color like Corona, basic commercial beer. Crisp, lager.
