50 cl bottle from Roto dinamic, served in a snifter. Red to dark amber, unfiltered, with small white head that is slow to dissipate. Aroma is malts, toasted, faint grass. Medium body, average carbonation. Taste is mild, with medium sweetness, and low to medium bitterness, balanced. Oily texture.

Pours muddy redish light brown color, with tiny foamy, unstable white head, which inmediately transform to a ring around the glass. Visualy mild low carbonation, with small mild slow up rising bubbles. Aroma is the worst part of this beer: actually hard detectable, with hints of biscuit and peaches, but without note of an alcohol. Flavor is much better: alcohol is hidden, prevails sweet malty notes of wheat, hints of caramel, and peaches. Malt sweetness is medium, hop bitterness is mild, body is sticky, finish is dry.

Bottle. Medium-big cremy head. Hazy. Reddish-brown color. Generally, looks nice. In nose mostly malt with some notes of oranges and caramel. But intensity of aroma is, actualy, pretty low. In flavor again malts and yeast with some grassy, bitterbnotes at the finish. Balanced. Maybe, too balanced for bock (too hoppy for a style). Which is fine with me. Medium-full body. Overall: nice one, but with some complexity it would be great.

Probably the best beer in Croatia, thats my opinion, even if you drink it from the bottle

Pours reddish brown with a big white head. The aroma features dried fruitiness - raisins, figs - and a combination of bready and caramel maltiness. Taste is sweetish, pronouncedly malty, rich on bread, caramel and nuts, also some fruity elements. Dry, light bitter finish. The palate is medium bodied, smooth and average in carbonation. A decent dark bock all in all, balanced and fairly rich in taste.

50cl bottle at Ro&Do pours a mostly clear amber with some rocky, off white head. Nose is cheap, stale bread, under attenuated malt, smells like adjuncts. Flavor is the same, cheap malt, cheap fruit, some rotting plums. Odd finish. Bad.

500 ml bottle. Enjoyed at Dubrovnik, Croatia. Pours a hazy brown colour with a small white head. Aroma of bready malts, yeastiness and dried fruits. Flavour of rich bready malts, alcohol, quite heavy yeastiness, dried apricot and caramel sweetness. Alcohol warms. Medium bodied. It’s slightly messy, as others have noted, at least in bottles. Maybe the draught version is better.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Buskers Pub (Rome), thanks Alberto! Dark honey appearance with a little off-white foam. Aroma is malty, caramel, brown sugar, some roasted notes. Flavour is sweet, malt, caramel, a bit unbalanced, alcohol is very well hidden. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Boring.

50cl bottle. Pours reddish color with middle head. Aroma of malt. Caramel taste, a little bit watery. Average aftertaste. Nothing special.
