A strong malt-caramel aroma. Brillant in taste. Dies too quickly but worth every sip. A little bit porter-like smell, a strong caramel-coffee-chocolate. Beautiful colour, strongly cherry with lighter reflexions when put against the light. For me, an almost perfect beer.

I just can’t resist this beer, it seems to be created especially for me. I agree that it could be too sweet for most people, but for my unique and individua taste - just perfect.

Bottle, from an ethnic food store in Hull. Deep chestnut red, thin shortlived off white head and gentle condition. Muted sweetness with low caramel and trace bitter coffee in the nose, sweet and peppery in the mouth, quite fruity with burnt toffee notes and a hint of wortiness. Finish has a dry bitterness and a peppery sweetness lingering.

Tummanpunainen, pieni mutta viipyvä vaahto. Todella makea tuoksu, suutuntuma liukas, makea, maku maltainen, metallinen, karamellimainen, kolamainen. Jälkimakuna karhea suuntuma, kuivahko. Ei aivan uppoa, mutta ihan ok.

Dark brown. Medium head. Sweet dunkel aroma with black sugars and lots of toffee. The character is burnt toffee...what is the theme here I wonder? There is clearly some funny bitterness but otherwise the beer is very sweet.
