COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasonal.
Note: This beer appears under Pixie spring branding.

Hopped with Marynka (Poland), Admiral (UK) and Triskel (France) to give a soft, fruity beer ideal for a few pints. This is a rework of an old Pixie Spring recipe which now bears little resemblance to the original.

Cask at The Hanging Bat. This one stood out as the best of the cask beers by Hopcraft that night. Clear gold, thick white head. Aromas were light fruit, light caramel. Taste was the same. A good, well-balanced session beer.

Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a big initial malt light citrus palate which quickly faded. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Gravity, Leicester 2014, 14/04/14. Flat lager gold no head. Pine and apricot in aroma; sweet mandarin and rich tea biscuit flavour with a smear of pine resin. Juicy clean biscuit afters. Jam sweet. Functionally sound.

Craft Islington. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light with fine carbonation. Smooth freah pale malt. Nice light floralness. Light marmalade hops bring mild bitterness. Brief flash of fresh orange. Light semi dry finish. Mild marmalade bitter linger. A fresh, light and well integrated golden that slips down easy.
