3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
21st July 2014
Craft Holborn. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, residual white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Mildy spicy orange hops with lesser apple and tangerine. Mild mimerals before the light dry finish. Not bad.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Handpull at Southampton Arms. Clear amber, small frothy off-white diminishing head. Aroma - fuggles? - lushly acidic and oily, quite herbal - malty but heavy an the grain, no fruit or sweetness. Thick, oily, astringent modestly carbonated, quite a long coating bitter finish to it. Very nice stuff.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 25/08/2012. Amber with a tight white head. Sweet, apricot and tangerine fruit aroma with some caramel and touch of grassy hop. Flavour stayed sweet, with more fruit and some cereal malts, leading to a decent, bitter finish. Fine.
