Dark brown body, thin light tan head, sparse lacing. Vanilla bean, roasted malts, light bittersweet chocolate, a touch of grainy dark malts. Medium to thin bodied, moderate carbonation, semi-dry, somewhat raw with the graininess.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours dark brown with a medium mocha head that dissipates quickly. Aroma has lots of vanilla and some roasty and chocolatey notes. Flavor follows suit...a bit one dimensional...Iím not loving it. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is roasty with hints of chocolate and coffee. Not totally psyched about this one.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber from Whole Foods Plymouth. This is only my 2nd PB brew, the first being an orange hop growler shared at Craft circa June 2012 by Kevin. Pours fizzy and dark black with fast-dissipating tan head. The loud head says to me, "Donít mention me, as it will shed doubt on ratebeer of your sanity". Oh yeah, head, they already know I am insane, so fuck off. Nose is cacao, dark malt, vanilla, hops, peppers. Tastes of dark malt, vanilla, cacao, hops, lactic oaty milky hints. Waters out late, and lacks mouthfeel and complexity, but as milky a stout as a milk stout as Iíve drank, and I would drink it with a skank.
