Pours very light clear almost whitish yellow in color with a small white ring for a head. Aroma and flavor bring subtle citrus like notes really soft on the palate. The body is not very crispy and the Citra hops are very subtle.

Pours a clear pale yellow/gold with a medium white head. Aroma has grass, a touch of straw, and a hint of citrus. Flavor follows suit...Light rind and hoppy spice...crisp. Mouthfeel is light and lively with a dry rindy/grassy finish. Good hoppy pilsner.

Draft at Monk’s. Pours clear gold with white head, head does not linger long. Aroma is grassy, earth, old hay. Carries right through to the flavor along with some bittering from the Citra hops. Not my favorite usage of these particular hops.

2014-08-15. Crisp dark yellow body with a nice white head. 3+ Aroma of grassy floral hops and light citrus. Flavour is pleasantly bitter, similar grass and citrus hops. Average bodied palate, good carbonation. Enjoyable. Growler at Campground Brewdown

On tap at Grey Lodge, pours light golden, clearish with random and very light lacing. Notes are grass, toasty malt, pine, and bitter hops. Sessionable but too much carbonation in this one.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is sweet Pils malt, corn notes, spicy, herbal and earthy hops. Flavor is sweet malt dominant, medium hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Pour is pale amber yellow, lightly cloudy, with a tight creamy white head. Nose is hop forward, citrus and grassy hops. Some pleasant grain, bready an fresh. Taste is a bit bitter for a pilsner, lots of hops. This leans more to the grassy-hay side but still some light citrus and grapefruit. Body is light and drinkable with a nice refreshing carbonation.

12oz pour at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with some frothy white head. Nose is bright citrus, orange, tangerine, grassy, straw. Flavor is really clean, some light malt, crisp citrus, grass. Lightly bitter finish. Super drinkable.
