Tap. Pours a beautiful pale yellow body with a small frothy white head that fell to a thin film. The nose is beautiful bright citra hops with a delicate pale bready maltiness. Very clean and fresh smelling. The flavor is also clean and fresh with nice bright sharp bitterness and a clean pils malt base. Light bodied and crisp with a touch of doughy clinginess on the back end. Really nice clean and simple.

Golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malts, light pils malt, tropical fruit, floral hops, citra. Taste of tropical fruits, toasted malts, light grass, citrus, and a drier finish.

I do believe this was the most refreshing pilsner I’ve ever had. Nice crispness with a fantastic citra hop punch. Great!

Served on-tap at Al’s of Hampden.

A - Pours slightly hazy yellow with a small half finger tall white head, dissipating down to next to nothing, leaving spotty trails of lace down parts of the glass.

S - Smells of mild bready grain, pungent citra hops and a touch of sweetness. Simple yet effective.

T - Starts off with a bit of light sweetness quickly giving way to hints of bready pale malt, bright citra hop bitterness and a very faint hint of spice. Finish is chewy with some lingering hop bitterness, not sticking around for very long after the finish. The hops are obviously strong for the style but they work really nicely.

M - Light body with moderate carbonation. Its smooth, bitter feel makes it really easy to drink from start to finish.

O - A typical american style pilsner turned up a notch. The added citra hops really ramp up the flavor yet it remains easy drinking. Another simple, easy drinker is a welcome addition to all the big beers on right now.
