Draft at Al’s / Pizza Boy in Enola. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, corn starch), lightly hoppy (herbs), with notes of lemon zest, scented detergent. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The aroma is simple and kind of smells like Tide has been added. Watery and rather starchy/grainy in the mouth. Hard to enjoy, but not terrible.

The taste is bready malt, spice, floral notes, bone dry citrus. Medium bodied, high carbonation, mild lingering spice.
