Growler. Pours a pale straw body with a minimal wispy white head. The nose is very light, just a little hay and some light yeastiness. Flavor wise, itís pretty light and bland with some light wheat and a touch of floral hops. Light bodied and very thin with soft fizzy carbonation. Not much to say about this one, itís very thin and watery, though I suppose thatís what theyíre going for here. Meh, I could pass on this one again.

interesting brew. a hay/straw color. Bit of a grassy smell. Taste is a bit grass, a hint of citrus maybe, a bit of a weird aftertaste, but overall it was okay.

This one poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was grass, straw, pale malt, light funk. Flavor was very dry and mild, but clean and fruity and highly drinkable. Nice stuff.

Draft. Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Wheaty base, light lemony citric notes, hints of grain, and some faint tartness throughout. Super clean, crisp, and easy drinking. And $10 to fill a growler. Giddy up.

Hazy straw colored with nice carbonation. A little funk and fruit on the aroma. Flavor is dry with a light fruitiness and very light hoppiness. Very enjoyable light saison.

On tap at Alís of Hampden. Pours a hazy neon yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet fruit, apricot, peach, apple, tart wheat malt. Flavor of light wheat malt, light fruits, just a touch of sour apple but itís pretty subtle. While the aroma is very fruity, sweet, and a touch sour, the flavor is light, with emphasis on the malt as well as lightly fruity/slightly sour notes. A very refreshing and drinkable beer. 8/4/8/4/14 (3.8/5)

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2013 Served on-tap at Alís of Hampden.
A - Pours pale, hazy yellow with a fizzy one finger tall white head leaving spotty trails of lace down parts of the glass. Looks like a wheat beer, a bit lighter than a normal saison.
S - Smells of fruity saison yeast, bready grain, black pepper spice and a bit of grassy hops. The saison core is strong, but not overpowering, from start to finish.
T - Starts off with some soft, chewy malt quickly giving way to the fruity saison core with a good amount of peppery spice. Finish is a little chewy with some lingering spice, leaving the palate dried long after the finish. It packs lots of flavor in a small package.
M - Light body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, slightly spicy feel with a bit of chewiness at the end of each sip. Super easy drinking beer.
O - A very nice table strength saison. It packs all of the flavors you want from a saison yet itís only 2.5% so it goes down super easy. I could drink a few glasses of this on a hot day no problem.
