Bottle... Pours lightly hazed and mango-colored with no lasting head. The nose is fruity, funky and peppery - white, pink and green peppercorns - with lightly spicy, farmhouse yeast-driven phenols. Medium to full-bodied with tickling carbonation. The flavor is tart, tangy, fruity and mildly bready with a crisp finish. Bottle courtesy of ctipping!

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is lightly phenolic with some white pepper. Light white wine tannins and oak. Medium light tropical fruit notes. Lemon and lime. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a small, thick white head with decent retention. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is lightly phenolic with some citrus notes. Light oak and wine tannins. Moderate bitterness. Light graininess. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice barrel aged saison with good oak notes. Good phenolic notes.

Pour is golden amber with a tight white head. Nose is lemon and candied sugar, light metallic notes, a bit sweet and not much farmhouse balance. Taste follows suit, very candied sugar forward, bubblegum, metallic esters. Nicely carbed, lighter body.

Growler. Large white head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, some grass, bubblegum, light pepper. Taste is moderately sweet, spicy, bubblegum, some banana, light pepper. Light-medium body, low carbonation. Tastewise, this comes across as a hefe-saison hybrid.

This one poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aropale malt, weird marzipansma was of grass. Flavor was similar, odd marshmellowy sweetness with mild spice and grass.
