Pours a bit hazy deep yellow with almost no head, a bit of a white ring. Aroma brings light sweet malts and some saison yeast, and a bit of apple tang. Flavor is sweet but more tangy apple notes that eclipse the saison yeast flavors. It is almost a tangy apple juice.

On tap at Als. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of sourness/tartness, green apple, light malts and a little wheat, plus hints of spices. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything. Average texture. A pretty good sour, but a little light.

From growler. Clear gold pour with thin white head. Aroma of sweet and sour apple, like a mix of red and green, wild yeast, quite funky, not just a fruity sour. Taste is tart, fruity, lots of apple flavor, wild yeast funkiness, a little cheesy. Palate is light and dry. Good, but not super easy drinking.

On tap at Alís of Hampden. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of light apple, sweet bready malt. Flavor of wet hay, sour wheat malt, light sour apple, apricot, peach. Light sour, light apple component (not as sweet as i was expecting) but a tasty sour. 7/4/8/4/14 (3.7/5)

Growler courtesy of Brian at Maxís. Pours a clear, golden body with no head, light white ring of lacing. Aroma is green apple jolly rancher candies and apple skins - a nice mix of sugary sweet candy and fruit. Mouthfeel is super tart with notes of sour green apple.

Growler courtesy of Brian at Maxís for Jenís going away tasting. Pours a just clear gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Nice bretty funk, a bit of sour acid, a bit of tartness. Sweet up front with some bretty funk, then picks up the fleshy apple notes. Dries out nicely but retains a touch of apple. Very interesting. Rather like this.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2013 Served on-tap at Alís of Hampden and later from a growler, my scores will reflect the growler.
A - Pours murky golden yellow with a fizzy half finger tall white head, dissipating down to a small ring of film around the outside of the glass, leaving tiny streaks of lace down parts of the glass.
S - Smells of apple pulp and skins, moderate to low amount of barnyard funk, a bit of apple cider vinegar, damp earth and some lightly toasted grain. First time I had this one is was all over the place, second time was more focused, both times the apple was strong but the rest varied pretty wildly.
T - Starts off with a mix of apple peels and cider vinegar that linger throughout. The musty funk and lightly toasted grain offer a bit of relief but not much. Finish is a little chewy with some sour funk, lingering on the palate after each sip. First time I had this one the apple flavor was pretty strong throughout, second time was more balanced.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Slick feel with some lingering sourness/funk. The first time I had this one the intense apple skin flavor made it tough to handle more than a sip at a time but the growler was much easier to consume.
O - Not really sure how to feel about this one. First time I had it I didnít like it at all. Second time out of the growler was much better. It has some nice apple flavor / aroma but it could use a bit more funk to help balance it all out. I am glad I tried this one again.
