Thanks Dak, this one was delicious. Tons and tons of delicious roasty coffee without too much added bitterness. Long lasting coffee falvor lingers forever. The stout is rich and chocolately. Complements the stout VERY well. Great execution guys!

On tap 4/1/15. Pours pitch black with a nice tan head that lasts and laces. Nose is pretty faint roasted malt and coffee, some chocolate. Taste is bitter chocolate, coffee, slightly burnt. Really smooth. Really faint heat but otherwise no sign of the 11%. Quite tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 22oz bottle. Aroma is super coffee forward with a nice light chocolate note. Low nuttiness and fruit character. Hints of roast. Poured dark brown, not quite black with a dark tan head with decent retention. Light lacing and long legs. Flavor is moderately sweet and chocolate forward with a nice light roast note. Moderate coffee and some light nuttiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice coffee stout with some good base character. Nice coffee notes that are strong and fresh.

Bottle 9.5% ... Pitch black pour with a beige head and very light lacing .... Aroma of very fine coffee .... Love this aroma of fresh coffee in a beer ... Also has cocoa, milk chocolate, vanilla, light molasses and caramel ..... Taste is of roasted coffee, vanilla, thick molasses like and oily ... Cocoa and milk chocolate .... Has a bitter bite on the back end and some caramel malt presence .... Has a lot of body going on ... Thick slick and oily .... Abv hidden very well

Black body with a medium sized tan head and spotty lacing. Intense coffee and espresso. Assertive roasted and earthy malts. Medium bodied with moderate to lively carbonation. Fairly aggressive bitterness from the coffee. A bit more intense than I’d prefer as it loses any real depth from the malt profile. A coffee fiend will probably get more out of this than me.
