Great beer on tap at local brewery pizza boy. Pours jet black with a little amber shining through the edges. Smells of your favorite coffee shop. The taste hits you bigtime with strong coffee and dark roasted malts. Mouthfeel is thick and silky. the coffee flavor lingers long after you swallow. One of the best stouts I have had.

650 ml bottle. Black color with beige brown head. Roasted malty aroma, coffee, chocolate, cocoa, some vegetables - potato. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma but better. Medium to full oily body with soft carbonation.

Can courtesy of a kind soul at Beer Bloggerís Conference 2016. Pours a deep stout brown with an off-tan head. Nose is some roast, some burnt toast, some black coffee, and some chocolatey sweetness. Flavor is similar with roast, toast, coffee, and some sweetness. Medium in body and delightful overall.

On draft at Alís. The pour is jet black. There is a thick cap of darker khaki head and no lace as it works down. The aroma is pretty good. Itís leaving a lot to be desired. Itís coffee, sure, but there is a sweetness to it that is definitely a little lactose based. Other than that there is a little roast, but it needs something else. The flavor is better. There is a brighter coffee. The roast is tones down a little bit and the lactose sweetness just about goes away. The light roast is key to helping the coffee pop. The mouth feel is thick and chewy with a soft carbonation and a lingeringly roasty, coffee dominated aftertaste. Really good stuff.

Sample at Pizza Boy with koleminer20. Aroma is coffee crazy, chocolate, roasted malt, bitter, delicious, holy hell. Appearance is black, light brown head, poured decently thick. Taste is coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate, bready, decent. Mouthfeel is heavy body, light carbonation, coffee and some sweetness in the aftertaste. Overall, solid solid stuff.

32oz crowler thing poured into some appropriate glassware by GenDV110+OT. Thanks Donny! Enjoyed on his momís couch. Could not finish lest I send back all over his momís couch. Probably best not tasted after about 100 ounces of KBS earlier in the evening. Dammit Donny. Black with small tan head. Tons of coffee with dark chocolate, toffee. Really really good.

Nice and roasty...thick syrupy texture to match the thick flavors. Strong coffee notes. Would be great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Crowler shared by a friend. Pitch black pour with a medium light brown head. Aroma of coffee, sweet chocolate and cream. Sweet malt and chocolate flavor with slight alcohol warmth giving way to a big, roasty coffee finish.

CROWLER!!!! Black color, small tan head. Huge coffee, ash, charcoal, rich chocolate. Big, rich, dry, ashy coffee ground and bitter 90% cacao. Medium sweet, yet very drying. Smooth though. Then a bitter brutal dying finish. Shooooot
