Apr 3, 2008 Amber with a thin head. Aroma of light caramel malt, bread, and some spicy grassy hops. Flavors of light caramel malt, a little grainy. Has a crisp finish with a light sweetness. Is more or less a clean beer but is pretty unimpressive.

Feb 25, 2008 On draft at Pizza Port San Clemente, 02/25/08. Clear honey colored brew. Thin skin of foam. Subtle grassy aroma. Just as a bit of sweet malt appears on palate, piney hops appear and take over. Unexpected and welcome! Finish is fairly clean with some hop bitterness lingering. Nice.

Jan 4, 2008 Tap @ San Clemente. Poured a clear dark golden amber color with an off-white head. Semi-sweet caramel malt and toffee with some earthy hops. Semi-sweet caramel malt flavor. Mild earthy hop tail and bitter finish.
