On draft at the brewpub it is a golden color with a slight head and the aroma is of citrus. The taste is a tangy bitter citrus that lingers bitter on the palate

Tap at PPC, $4.50, 16oz American Pint Glass. Pours low haze light golden straw. Great eggshell foam, good lacing. Nose is squashy, mild citrus, dried pineapple. Taste is ultra light and refreshing, session IPA type of body. Clean and quenching, zero sugar, no nutty bitterness. Very nice, though don’t get a lot of Passionfruit from the mosaic.

Light golden color. Tons of tropical fruit with a hint of pale malt in the nose. Very hoppy. Med full body, tons of hops but slightly astringent and the hops don’t hit me as much as I want them too. Decent bitter finish. Good, but not fantastic.

Shaker pint draft at Pizza Port in Carlsbad, California. The pour is a clear yellow golden with a white head. The aroma is fresh citrus, lime and lemon, floral, and a soft dank resin. There is a bit of a grassy malt in the back. The taste is a nice balance between citrus hop (lime and grapefruit) and grassy cracker malt, all quite fresh and vibrant. The palate is medium to light bodied with bright active carbonation and a dry finish. Easy drinking, tasty stuff.

Draft. Clear pale golden color, with a fluffy white head. Nice fresh citrusy hops, floral, dry cereal malt, and light grapefruit. A nice dry pale ale.

On tap. Pours with a crystal clear yellow hued body with a lasting white head and great lace. Aromas are of hops: dank, fruity, tropical notes, passion fruit, blueberry, low grainy malt with intense citrus. Flavors are bitter, dry, grainy medium fruit, huge grassy, dank and dry. Lively carbonation, dry, medium low body. I bet this recipe is quite a bit different than in years past.
