Named for a surf shop accross the street. Roasted malty aroma to go with a banana sweet taste. Bitter hop bite. A sweet and sticky brown. Huge malty finish.

This beer pours brown with a decent sized thick head. Aroma is light hops, nutty malt, smoke. Flavor is sweet malt, nuts, smoke with very little hops to speak of. Medium body with a medium finish. Pretty good brown.

On tap. A very malty, slightly sweet and smoky brown ale. A full flavored brown, with a little bite of hops in the body as well; dark brown hue. Very good and fairly aggressive in flavor.

Ahhhh, to finally be at the famed Pizza Port (San Clemente)! What a nice town this is! The BC Brown is nutty and pretty malty with a full body. An enjoyable, above average brown ale.

BC Brown pours a reddish/brown color with hops up front in the palate and a malty finish. It is light/medium bodied. The nose is roasty/malty. In my opinion, it's a good middle of the road brown ale. It's an enjoyable drink. I had this on draught at Pizza Port San Clemente.
