Had a hard time distinguishing this from the Cardiff Cream Ale. Maybe a mixup in the pour? If anything, I’d say this was fuller bodied. It had more substance in the mouthfeel. Could not detect any honey flavor or presence at all... was I supposed to?

Tap at Port Solana. Pours a golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma mild hops malt and honey. Taste is Light malty honey, mild hops. I really enjoy this beer on a warm San Diego summer afternoon with a slice of their wonderful pizza. Good stuff!

From tap at Solana Beach. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Mild hoppy aroma. Light bitter and dry flavour with a minor fruity touch into the finish. Mild honey accent. Ends light fruity and mild honey smooth.

On Tap @ Pizza Port Solana, summer of 07. From what I remember, poured a clear medium golden color. Head was small creamy and bright white. Nose of honey, coriander, light floral hops and some yeast.

not a bad beer, smooth and light with a distinct hint of honey, good for the hot summer days
