Taste comprises grapefruit, orange squash, citric pithdom, straw, hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close laced with tropicana and hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking IPA.

$5 16oz PP Carlsbad. Not typical IPA for mine. Very mild for the 7.2%, indeed barely noticeable. Some fruits and a touch of honey but very low hop impact. Still, a very pleasant beer.

On Tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. A damn near perfectly drinkable San Diego style IPA in my opinion. Right in the 7% alcohol range. All sorts of pine, citrus, grapefruit, resin and some herbal grain on the finish. A wonderful pint of fine hoppy goodness.

Tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Rich, dank grapefruit nose with suggestions of pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with lots of heavy and dank citrus, grapefruit, a bit of spicy pine needless , tangerine, pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat resinous to finish with sappy pine, ripe grapefruit and balancing pale malt sugars. A classical West Coast IPA.
