Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub during tap takeover. Clear yellow color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, superb hoppyness, fruit hops. Oh lovely. Taste malts, hops, fruit hops, fruity bitterness. Love this! Medium body and carbonation. Superb IPA!

28/12/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Bevuta al Pizza Port Tap Takeover. Dorata, limpidissima, viva, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Naso pungente, molto intenso, note erbacee e di resina, leggero fruttato, agrumato. In bocca sorprende, fruttata con note di frutta tropicale e ananas, magnifica! Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. IPA magistrale, equilibrata in maniera perfetta. Super fresh!

On tap at Carlsbad PP a few months ago. Pours with clear golden hued body with a lasting and lace leaving white head. Aromas are huge tangerine, mango, kumquat, zest, tropical fruit. Bad ass hop aroma, with so much citrus zest! Low malt. Flavors are dank, medium perceived sweet hop fruit flavors, balanced bitterness, dry, lightly husky malt, supremely dank. Dry bodied, lively bubbles. Really good!!

Pours hazy orange yellow with a big frothy white head that retained well and left fantastic lace. Big grapefruit aromas accompanied by tropical citrus, mostly mango and tangerine, with a hint of a grainymalt foundation. Flavor is dominated by the grapefruit and tropical fruit, very bitter, with a wisp of graham cracker-like malt sweetness. Medium body, lively carbonation, creamy creamy smooth, and a crisp bitter finish.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with a creamy white head. Nice big classic floral grapefruit, pine, and caramel aroma. Tastes of grapefruit with notes of orange and pineapple, caramel, and pine and finishing with a big grassy cereal grain flavor and a big bitter bite. Thick chewy palate. Well done.

Pours golden yellow clear with a nice frothy white head. Aroma is mostly citrusand tropical fruits with s little earthy pine. Flavor big orange and mangowith a almost no malt... but just enough to not make this taste like a fruit basket. Palate is a little oily and thick. Medium carbonation. Hasn’t lacing. Another great beer at PP in Carlsbad.

Draft. At Toronado. Pours a slightly cloudy straw yellow color with a slight white head. Fruity, citrus rind notes. Medium mouthfeel. Juicy, citrus run sweetness, nice level if bitterness. Very drinkable.

Alla spina al brewpub di Carlsbad. Colore dorato carico, schiuma presente e abb persistente. Aroma di frutta esotica, pompelmo, frutta gialla. Al palato scorre veloce, secca, ma ben bilanciata con un erbaceo e floreale appaganti ed un finale amato che invita al sorso seguente

On Tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. A damn near perfectly drinkable San Diego style IPA in my opinion. Right in the 7% alcohol range. All sorts of pine, citrus, grapefruit, resin and some herbal grain on the finish. A wonderful pint of fine hoppy goodness.

"A very nice IPA with the strength of a "single" and hoppy goodness of a double. Very floral and citrus forward, with a clean but lingering bittersweet finish."
