10/15/204. On tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow with a white head. Malty aromas with light fruit, yeast and grassy notes. A bit mellow and not my favorite.

Draft at the brewpub. Very pale yellow. Aroma of white pepper and malt. Unpleasant metallic taste, very watery. Best skipped.

Blah just ok, a little too acidic. Phenolics ok just and average beer at best. Not a fan.

Golden with a white head - Good malt aroma - Good malt body and flavour with some nice bitterness in the back - Nice malt finish that is short - This was crisp and refreshing

Tap@Bressi Ranch. Clear golden color with white head. Bready, earthy, pale malt, dry spice aromas. Light body with average co2. Dusty, doughy pale malt flavors with mild dry spices___drying finish--not bad.

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, Pizza Port tap takeover. It pours a clear blonde bosy with a large white head. Aroma is grains, citrus. Taste is biscuity, grainy and citrusy. Quite dry finish. Not bad

January 6th, 2012 - Although Pizza Port’s Carlsbad location was a bit of a commute for me, knowing there were brews there that couldn’t be had at the Solana Beach of Oceanbeach locations made the effort - and gas money - worth it. Our flight began with the light, straw colored Twerp. A tiny wreathe of white foam rings the top of the glass, and from that diminutive portal comes a tiny scent of sourdough yeast, lime and corn tortillas. The flavor is much more acidic than the nose, giving it a tanginess and sourness that tweaks the tongue through to an abruptly short aftertaste. That tanginess is especially unique and distinct, not unlike key lime, and fits well with the lighter palate. This is a great start for my first visit to this Pizza Port location, and an enthusiastic beginning to a trip that spans from Pizza Port to Stone.

Keg at CBC, Islington. It pours pale yellow with a thick white head. The nose is hay, straw, dough spice, creamy and faint smoke. The taste is straw, light spice, dough, spritzy, lemon and lime with a dry, crisp finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty and rather drinkable.

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell - Pizza Port Tap Takeover After Party, 22/04/13. Hazed pale blonde with a thin white head that stays for the show. Nose is citrus, light malt, wheat, pear drops, spice, light yeast, corriander, grass. Taste comprises lemon rind, light mandarin, sugars, Belgian yeast notes, vanillia, touch of spice. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Easy drinking Belgian pale and decent for what it is.
